Our Personalised Plans are completely tailored to your goals. Through a questionnaire and a phone call (if required), we’ll determine your requirements and then issue your Personalised Plan.

 

You can choose goals in the following areas: Mind, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Fitness and we’ll help you achieve them. You may have a Fitness goal of losing 5lbs of body fat or a Mind goal of increasing your productivity and boosting your mood.

 

We’ll work with you to track your progress and help you get results. If you only want to focus on one area such as the Mind, then we’ll create a bespoke plan just for you.

 

You’ll get a customised daily routine to follow and one-to-one support from one of our Health Coaches. You’ll be able to connect with us via email, WhatsApp, Skype or over the phone and we’ll answer your queries and help guide you through the process.

 OPTION 1: OPTIMISE  YOUR WEEKLY ROUTINE

 OPTION 2: PERSONALISE YOUR CHALLENGE 

Our Guides include health and fitness Challenges that can be tailored to your needs. We can personalise any of our Challenges to your lifestyle and macro-nutrient requirements.

 

  • Pick up one of our Guides to find out more about the Challenges – they’re a great way to improve your health and fitness and get results

 

  • We can plan the 7-Day Mind Boost for you or schedule your OU Detox Day and include fun activities, biohacks and healthy meals, all tailored to your requirements

All you need to do is get in touch and complete one of our questionnaires and we’ll issue your Personalised Challenge!

 

Support: During the Challenge, you’ll get 30 minutes of support from one of our Health Coaches which can be via Skype, WhatsApp, instant messenger or over the phone.

 

 OPTION 3: A SESSION WITH A  HEALTH AND FITNESS COACH 

You may just want a general discussion with us about your health and fitness goals or have more than 3 questions after reading one of our Guides. We’re here to help, so you can schedule time with one of our Health Coaches or nutritionists and we’ll answer your questions.

The sessions can be over the phone, via Skype or in person if you’re in the UK. Alternatively, you can just send through your queries and we’ll answer as many as we can during the time slots available. 

 OPTION 4: THE OPTIMALU 

A fully personalised monthly routine designed to optimise your health and fitness and create the OptimalU.

​

You’ll be set Mind, Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Fitness Goals and will receive daily support from our Health Coaches to help you achieve them.

 

The Questionnaire: You’ll complete a questionnaire where you give us an overview of your existing routine and tell us what your goals are (fat loss, improving your mood, increasing your energy levels etc.). The questionnaire can be done over the phone or via Skype if that’s easier for you.

 

The Plan: We’ll then send back your fully optimised monthly routine. The plan will map out your daily routine from Monday to Sunday for a month and include meal plans tailored to your body type and dietary requirements, biohacks tailored to your goals (improving your mood, increasing concentration levels, detoxing etc.), customised morning and night time routines, workout routines, mindfulness exercises, supplement choices and recovery strategies.

 

Support: You’ll get daily support for 1 month from one of our Health Coaches which can be via Skype, WhatsApp, instant messenger or over the phone.
