Written in an easy to digest format, our Guides contain all the health and fitness information you’ll need to optimise your mind and body. We’ve written 3 Guides to help you boost mental performance, strip fat and detox your body. We’ll email you your Guide so you can download it onto your device. Keep an eye out for more OU Guides coming soon!
The Guides are c.100 pages each and contain tips, strategies, and biohacks to help create the OptimalU. They include: Challenges, diet plans, exercise routines, brain-boosting tips, recipes, nutritional advice, every day “swap in’s”, supplement recommendations and lifestyle improvements.
You can easily store the Guides on your device or print the Plans and Challenges to help you keep track of your progress.
THE CHALLENGES
We want you to get results, so each Guide includes Challenges to focus your mind. Following “Rules” and making the Challenges time restricted forces you to make changes – helping you get results. Whether you’re doing the OU Detox Day, the 7-Day Mind Boost or the 28-Day Fat Loss Challenge you’ll have a set amount of time to focus on your health.

You'll get brain-boosting tips and strategies to optimise mental performance. This includes incorporating new breathing techniques, foods, supplements, teas, exercise routines, lifestyle changes and a Challenge – the 7-Day Mind Boost. The tips can be used during your weekly routine, ahead of important events or during periods of stress to keep you motivated and improve your focus.
THE DETOX GUIDE
